MCAN Health is looking for Medical Tourism Sales Specialists that communicate fluently in English languages to join its sales team in Istanbul.
You are the right candidate for this position, if you:
· are fluent in ENGLISH
· are bachelor or master graduate from a university
· have excellent communication and negotiation skill
· are a good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
· are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably in G-Suite
· have great organisational skills and persistence,
· have great attention to detail,
· are passionate, enthusiastic and sales-driven,
· are proactive and able to take initiative
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to:
· deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
· understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,
· prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,
· assist patients in tele-consultations,
· deliver an excellent customer service,
· achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries
