We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our "Business Process Solutions" Department with the following qualifications;

  • University degree in preferably in Business Administration or other related departments
  • 1-2 years experience in payroll, personnel affairs, timekeeping, reporting, annual leave,labor law legislation, and SGK implementations
  • Good command of English both written and spoken

Roles&Responsibilities

  • Execution of all personnel affairs, payroll and accrual procedures.
  • Execution of monthly declaration and employment & termination procedures via e-declaration.
  • Follow-up incentive practices of organizations.
  • Establishment and follow-up of personnel attendance control systems, follow-up of work plans and annual leave.
  • Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in theirprofessional life.
  • Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.
  • Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results.
