As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for a Senior Supplier Development Engineer who will work in Automation & Production Engineering Department.
• Graduation from engineering departments,
• Eager to improve his/her work and self-development,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented,
• Very good communication and coordination skills,
• Team work ability in a multicultural organization.

What do we expect from you?
• Establish and develop partnership relationships with the supplier base, ensuring effective two-way communication and collaboration with suppliers,
• Monitor and improve supplier performance in metal and plastic processes,
• Making technology development, innovation and business development studies at suppliers,
• Support and implement digital transformation initiatives, integrating digital technologies into the supply chain,
• Assist suppliers with New Product Development (NPD), strategic sourcing, supplier approval, and resolution of current issues,
• Conduct supplier audits and provide recommendations for process improvements,
• Develop and implement cost optimization activities,
• Ensure requirements for validating supplier corrective actions and process control,
• Lead or take an active role in production efficiency projects.
