About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process by providing operational, analytical, and administrative assistance to the Business Development and Client Services teams. This position requires strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and advanced technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Support the sales cycle by tracking opportunities, pipeline activities, site visits, and contract stages.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for client deliverables, RFPs, and commercial offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments (finance, legal, operations, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or business coordination role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; ability to create dashboards, pivot tables, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B environments or service industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical background with experience in reporting or business insights.
