QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Agricultural Engineering (Preferably Agricultural Machinery)
• Have a minimum of 3 years of training process, preferably working in the tractor sector,
• Have effective presentation & documentation skills,
• Knowledge and experience in smart farming solutions,
• Familiarity with new agricultural technologies (e.g., telemetry systems, automatic steering, satellite tracking systems, etc.),
• Preferably experience in vehicle telematics systems,
• Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment,
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Programmes - Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong oral and written communication, planning and organization skills,
• Have analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Has a correct diction, persuasion and ability to represent,
• Good command of written and verbal English (Advanced - C1),
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions,
• Resident in Bandırma/Gönen,
JOB DESCRIPTION;
• To manage the after-sales side of telematics project from start to finish
• To create the needed after sales documentation and keep it up to date
• To plan and perform technical trainings
• To follow the operational processes related to training activities
• To analyze the educational needs
• To prepare materials, articles, tests & questionnaires
• To prepare the service bulletin and publish forms
• To provide technical support to the products
• To participate in the field finding and troubleshooting work in person and if necessary to give training on the job
• To support Regional Technical Responsibles about the problems
• To perform the workshops about special apparatus and new diagnostic devices for the products
• To provide support and training regarding smart farming technologies and applications as needed
• To actively follow innovations and trends in agricultural technologies and integrate them into training and support processes.
