What kind of profile are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• Min. 3-4 years of work experience in business/production planning, preferably in industrials
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Good command of SAP modules PP and MM (desired)
What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
• Create, monitor, and continuously refine accurate forecasts by product, volume, and time
• Ensure connectivity between short- and long-term business plans, and execute them considering new & discontinued products, data inputs, and statistical modeling
• Ensure capacity and efficiency information is up-to-date and aligned with Agro and Production departments
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly demand, and compare it against historical data and future estimations
• Monitor actual sales and production volumes, and take necessary actions regarding shortfalls or excesses
• Collaborate with various functions, including Sales, Export/Internal Markets, Production Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Logistics
What competencies are key to this role?
• Proven experience in business impact analysis, capacity & efficiency monitoring
• Expertise in statistical forecasting methods and data analysis tools
• Ability to propose and implement process improvements
• Strong time management and communication skills in a rapidly changing environment
• Maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
