We are hiring a “Sales and Marketing Representative” with the following qualifications to be employed within our company.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from engineering or relevant departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in the industry,
- Preferably experienced in machine manufacturing, welded manufacturing, or the automotive sector,
- Proficient in MS Office and SolidWorks programs,
- Experienced in reading and creating specifications, technical drawings, and project documentation,
- Skilled in using ERP and CRM programs effectively,
- Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive, and customer-oriented,
- Capable of maintaining continuous communication with all internal departments, business partners, and working harmoniously in a team,
- Preferably with an existing or potential customer portfolio,
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
- Fluent in English, capable of managing international correspondence and meetings.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct market research to identify potential companies and acquire new customers,
- Perform market price analysis and prepare pricing for quotations,
- Communicate with existing and potential customers to promote our company, areas of expertise, and products,
- Identify customer needs, develop solutions, and present products and solutions tailored to their requirements,
- Provide detailed presentations on the technical features of products and their benefits to customers, manage the follow-up and control of ongoing and potential projects, and prepare reports in line with timelines and budgets,
- Visit customers regularly and actively participate in trade fairs and events,
- Coordinate all technical and administrative work to determine proposal costs, and develop efficient cost and delivery schedules for sales,
- Manage and oversee the processes of proposals, order placement, contracts, finance, payment terms, and related negotiations,
- Monitor and track quotations, orders, invoices, collections, and cost realization processes. Ensure that related information and records in the ERP system are kept updated. Prepare and present reports,
- Coordinate topics and tasks within your area of responsibility with other departments in the company, report on them, and determine solutions,
- Follow sectoral and technological developments, evaluate customer feedback, and communicate this to relevant internal departments,
- Manage the preparation and/or revision of quotations for new projects/sample part requests from potential and existing customers and oversee the contract processes.
