Job Description & Responsibilities:
To Execute all varieties of direct bookings,
To Register direct sale reservations in hotel program,
Replying all mails regarding with direct bookings,
Replying all calls regarding with direct sales,
To Execute the sale of car- and air transfer, including organizing them,
To Identify guests’ reservation needs and determine appropriate room type,
Following sales techniques to maximize revenue,
Handling all special requests appropriately,
Requirements:
At least one year experience in the field,
Fluent level of English language and Russian language are required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job,
Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio knowledge,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies,
Team player qualities,
Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure,
Excellent organizational skills,
Ability to handle multiple tasks,
Self-motivated,
