Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably industrial, materials, chemical),

Job Description
- To take an active role in the creation, monitoring, continuity and elimination of deficiencies of the processes required by ISO 9001 Management Systems and Customer Complaints Management,
- To ensure that the necessary corrective/preventive action processes are initiated to resolve detected or potential Quality System violations, nonconformities and internal/external customer complaints, to inform the relevant directorate, to monitor the implementation of the measures taken and to control the effectiveness of the measures during the operation,
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, product specifications, MasterCard CQM requirements related to quality management systems,
- Creating, monitoring and reporting process performance indicators,
- To follow the annual internal audit plan and take part in internal audit activities,
- Organizing and contributing to the improvement of processes,
- Within the scope of Quality Systems; taking part in auditing and evaluating critical and new suppliers with relevant departments,
- Following the necessary specifications for new products, semi-finished products and raw materials together with the relevant departments,
- Creating documentation, assisting relevant departments in document work and ensuring its up-to-date,
- To guide process sequence, inspection and Quality Laboratory activities.
