- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Managing contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, key account management, or customer relationship management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Having sold products to hotels before and having experience working with hotels
