Data Center Asset Operation Responsible

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Objective:

1. Ensure the physical safety and consistency of assets in the warehouse and data center.

2. Provide timely response and support for delivery, operations, and maintenance needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and manage the inbound process of assets.

2. Support project delivery by managing asset outbound and acceptance procedures.

3. Support maintenance needs by handling good parts outbound and tracking faulty parts back to the warehouse.

4. Conduct daily warehouse management and stock tallying in accordance with warehouse standards.

5. Manage and register warehouse entries and exits.

6. Perform asset inventory checks as required and complete inventory reports.

7. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Recruitment Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience. Majors in logistics management, transportation, engineering management, or computer-related fields are preferred.

2. Strong sense of responsibility, good customer service awareness, and team spirit.

3. Experience in warehouse management or data center operations is preferred.

4. Strong communication skills, quick learning ability, basic understanding of IT concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

5. Bilingual fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

6. Must hold valid work authorization for the country of employment (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position).

7. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel when required.
