Industrial Sales & Business Development Specialist (MRO Focus)
Responsibilities:

Develop and expand MRO industrial product sales in the Turkish market, targeting potential customers like industrial enterprises, wholesalers, and engineering project companies.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering professional product advice and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and onboard factories, franchisees, and distributors, facilitating partnership agreements.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade events to boost brand awareness and expand business networks.

Collaborate closely with local factories in Turkey and the company's domestic supply chain team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high-quality customer service.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, industrial sales, or business development experience, preferably in the MRO industry. Communication skills and fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.

Language: Fluent in Turkish, English, and preferably Chinese (only English applications/CVs will be considered).
