We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team!


  • To build and manage relationships with key customers in the assigned territory

    To manage and develop our company's sales&presales activities in Turkey.To be responsible from our solution&service offerings mainly including industrial solutions and SAP Consulting.

  • To manage existing business relationships, to develop relations with new customers and increase the valet share of the existing customers in order to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound sales strategies
  • To conduct customer presentations, develop proposals, initiate sales closures, and perform problem identification, account acquisition and solution selling consisting of companies products and service offerings
  • To maintain and manage relations with ERP vendors, all related SAP partners

    The ideal candidate must;

  • Degree from a reputable 4-year University
  • +8 years of ERP sales and account management experience
  • Have a strong sales background in business software & services
  • Ability to manage complex sales situations and develop strategic relationships
  • Must be able to develop and execute a sales plan in line with company strategy
  • Understanding of large organizations and their buying cycles
  • Communication, planning, organizing and negotiation skills with the ability of persuasiveness
  • Have willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Good presentation skills and result oriented
  • Preferably have a functional background
  • Be possessing self-motivation with analytical approach and self-starting ability
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Valid driving licence and able to travel in the country and abroad
  • Be fluent in English
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
  • Eligibility to live and work in İstanbul

İŞ TANIMI


  • The position will be responsible for the management of sales activities as a member of the sales team within the territory he/she will be assigned
  • Account-manage and develop business opportunities within target industries in order to exceed sales targets, gross margin targets and customer satisfaction targets
  • Understand the vertical markets in order to provide solutions that solve business problems and adds value to our customers
  • Prepare solution proposals; negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Planning, organising and realising customer visits
