QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Sales Director " for our business partner which is a multinational process outsourcing company.
Responsibilities:
- Take necessary actions in line with the sales and marketing strategy.
- Communicate with the PSD department to better understand the products to be marketed.
- Conduct a competitive analysis of the current situation and monitoring consumer trends.
- Provide the necessary presentations and tools to achieve business development goals.
- Develop the existing portfolio and acquiring new customers for the company.
- Create a target list of potential customers.
- Monitor tenders in line with the company strategy and participating in tenders.
- Conduct routine customer visits.
- Create performance analysis reports based on the results obtained.
- Manage the proposal process / managing the pricing process.
- Determine pricing models.
- Create the sales budget and managing forecasting.
- Create a team structure that aligns with the organization and sales strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental and ethical values.
- Ensure the strategy is defined with a global compliance perspective.
- Dispose of waste in the designated waste bins according to its types.
- Adhere to the established Occupational Health and Safety rules in all areas and tasks.
- Suggest ways to reduce energy consumption, ensure conservation, and improve efficiency.
- Comply with the rules defined within the Integrated Management System and Information Security Management System.
- Be present at the business during scheduled or surprise inspections by the authorized authority, providing requested information and documents.
- Take all necessary precautions to prevent professional risks, including providing training and information to ensure employee health and safety at work, and providing necessary tools and equipment.
- Consider the potential negative environmental impacts and OHS risks in new investments and changes. (new products/new locations, etc.)
- Monitor OHS and Environmental policies and PI’s, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic direction, and promoting performance improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA or a similar advanced degree is a plus.
- 8-20 years of experience.
- Experience in key account management and B2B sales experience is a must.
- Sector dynamics knowledge, especially in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Public sector is a must have.
- Strong networks in the banking and finance industry.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A communicative and engaging personality, who listens and learns through engagements.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with proven leadership and staff development skills.
- Ability to liaise and present at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to produce financial forecasts and business cases with revenue and profit projections.
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, continuously evolving business environment.
Mature, with well-developed diplomacy skills.
