"Guest Relations Manager"
We invite you to take a position as “Guest Relations Manager ” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.
- University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a similar role within Guest Relations or Front Office departments (luxury hotel experience is a plus).
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required. Additional fluency in Russian, German, or Arabic is highly valued.
- Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work all shifts (between 8:00 and 24:00), weekends, and holidays with one day off weekly.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and preferably Elektra.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
- Discipline, self-motivation, and a keen interest in the hospitality industry.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with respect for diversity and cultural awareness.
