We are inviting you to join us at Mövenpick Living İstanbul Hotel as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Creating sales and marketing strategies, realizing monthly and annual sales targets,
- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual budget tracking and preparation of revenue reports,
- Creating portfolios in travel agencies, companies, airlines and state institutions,
- Making group accommodation plans to maximize the contribution for the room inventories,
- Following up and attending fairs, congresses and all event calendars and creating proactive sales strategies for such organizations,
- Developing an action plan to ensure the revenue targets are achieved,
- Analyzing monthly P&L reports and taking necessary actions,
- Maintaining perfect coordination and cooperation with all departments of the hotel to keep maximum cooperation, productivity and high level guest service,
- Following the policies and procedures related to room & restaurant rentals to individuals and companies,
- Following up the daily room reservations and sales figures,
- Analyzing the monthly targeted budget and the actual budget, in case of discrepancy, investigating the reasons, reporting and offering solutions,
- Coordinating, developing and supervising all methods to maintain and increase business volume, including advertising, sales promotions, personaly selling, publicity, public relations, special sales projects and trainings of the team,
- Specifying and developing creative activities at local and international levels and ensuring that they are published in the social media at maximum level,
- Accomplishing other responsibilities and duties assigned by the management,
Aranan Temel Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in related fields,
- Sales and Marketing Management experience in five star hotel,
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, second language is preferred,
- Planning, organization and coordination skills,
- Management and leadership skills, paying attention to team communication and organization,
- Proficient in budgeting and reporting,
- Proficient in Opera PMS and reservation management systems,
- High persuasion, communication and corporate representation skills,
- Result oriented,
