QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Operating under Açık Holding, Serban İnşaat provides turnkey services in the construction industry, mainly in Data Center projects and critical facilities. Additionally, Serban is responsible of EPC projects as a technology integrator technological buildings, factories, cyber technology and security buildings, also hotel, shopping mall, and residential projects.

We are seeking a “ Technical Office Chief ” to be based in Gaziemir/İzmir meeting the qualifications listed below:

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • Having experience in at least two industrial facility projects within the technical office department in the construction sector,
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office programs,
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking),
  • Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Residing in İzmir ,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Job Description

Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on the project schedule as part of technical office processes,
  • Preparing tender documents, including bill of quantities, technical specifications, and other related files,
  • Tracking and controlling subcontractor progress payment processes,
  • Conducting quantity take-offs and budget studies in line with project revisions,
  • Monitoring the progress of works in accordance with the project budget and preparing related reports,
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with project management processes and ensuring coordination with other disciplines,
  • Providing necessary guidance and direction to the technical office team under their responsibility.
