QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience in marketing (Preferably in the FMCG sector)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- Experience in analyzing Nielsen & Ipsos reports is a plus,
- Well command of MS Office applications,
- Ambition to drive and create successful results,
- Preferably experienced in the field of sponsorship
- Creative, innovative personality,
- Male candidates must have completed the military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and managing all communication and development strategies of the relevant brands of Uludağ İçecek Türk A.Ş.
- Assists development of all elements of the marketing mix including new product, new pack, ATL & BTL communication, media plans, promotional strategies.
- Conducting sponsorship negotiations,
- Monitors and analyzes market data and all available sales figures and prepares reports periodically,
- Coordinates all the 3rd party relations (ATL, BTL , PR, Packaging Agencies),
- To design and ensure the implementation of brand positioning,
- To ensure the new product launchings and relaunching are done as planned and on time,
- Supporting budgeting and reporting activities related to marketing processes,
- Contributing to the development of new business models in marketing processes,
- Representing the business in external organizations,
- To follow marketing incentives,
- Developing alternative marketing strategies,
- Carrying out advertising activities,
- Carrying out corporate communication and announcement activities,
- Coordinates all brand marketing activities with other departments.
