QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Rixos Hotels, with 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, continues to grow worldwide as a Turkish brand with new investments, driven by a management model based on dynamic, flexible, and proactive strategies. Currently, we operate 43 different hotels, theme parks, and special projects across 3 continents and 8 countries.
In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.
We are looking for a valuable team member for the position of " Sales Manager - CIS " to be evaluated for the Aliée within the Tersane İstanbul.
Responsibilities:
- Active Sales, search for potential business,
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, presentations, webinars for clients in order to increase sales volumes,
- Level up partners' awareness of new hotel products and services,
- Maintaining and developing client base,
- Initiate and organize study tours for representatives client/partner companies, conduct tours of the hotel and other client events,
- Contract & Document management,
- Reporting and analytics,
- Must have CIS market background specifically for market research and analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working across multiple hotels,
- Strong proactive nature with great initiative,
- Strong ability to understand/decipher connectivity setups,
- Keen problem solver,
- A very strong and adaptable communicator,
- Highly organized,
- Confident presentation skills,
- Strong market analysis capabilities,
- Fluent English speaker,
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
