Qualifications
• University degree obtained from relevant fields of study.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an HR position,
• Experienced in Human Resources recruitment, performance, compensation and career management,
• Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
• Successful in relationship management,
• Excellent English skills in written and spoken.
Responsibilities
• Being single point of contact to all teams regarding all HR processes end to end,
• Recruitment for open positions and following the onboarding process,
• Performance management, exit and disiplinary processes,
• Developing HR projects related to employee engagement and satisfaction,
• Making clinic visits in Turkey,
• To follow up the processes related to quality systems,
• Preparing weekly/montly reports and following HR budget.
