Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks in compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and other cGxP requirements,
- Systematically identify, file, and archive all records within the Quality Assurance department,
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and stationery for the Quality Assurance department and report needs,
- Conduct daily documentation tasks, including photocopying, scanning, document distribution, and use of stamps/seals,
- Work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems,
- Fulfill responsibilities as specified in the department's procedures and instructions,
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills,
- Team-oriented mindset,
- Familiarity with documentation applications,
- No military obligations for male candidates,
- Graduated from a Vocational High School, Vocational College, or a related field.
- No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance processes is preferred,
- Preferably proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking),
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Preferably experienced in SAP and QMex programs,
- Ability to use office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines,
