QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The position requires leveraging possible synergies between wienerberger’s and Pipelife’s products and Pipelife´s salesbrand Arili to offer integrated solutions to customers while ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and addressing local market needs.
The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and sustainable marketing practices.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or a proven track record of similar education
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools. ?
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in a specialist role. Expertise in export marketing and a technical background are favorable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries. ?
- Experience managing diverse product portfolios and integrating marketing efforts across multiple brands or product lines.
- Experience in working together with agencies and outsourced resources.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools. ?
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation. ?
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders. ?
- Fluency English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with global teams. ?

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and potential threats.
- Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics, such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. ?
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
