QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Fiberli have been developing innovative LED lighting solutions for over 35 years, delivering tailored projects to our customers in more than 70 countries. As a Turquality brand, we are looking for Export Sales Specialists to strengthen our global vision and expand our international presence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales actions in line with the company’s vision and strategies
- Develop customer and project portfolios in target markets
- Provide technical consultancy tailored to customer needs
- Effectively manage sales processes in line with sales targets
- Oversee and follow up on quotations, sales contracts, orders, and collection processes
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape, and prepare reports
- Manage customer relationships via the CRM system
- Execute duties in a measurable, auditable, and reportable manner
Qualifications:
- At least an associate degree, preferably in engineering or architecture
- Preferably experience in the LED lighting industry and established customer portfolios in export markets
- Preferably technical expertise to provide consultancy on LED lighting projects
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or French is a plus)
- Ability to conduct market research and actively visit customers in target markets
- Strong awareness of export market dynamics and competitive activities
- High digital literacy and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined in managing project timelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
