JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS,
- Execution of inflation accounting practices in compliance with regulations and assessment of their impact on financial statements,
- Monitoring accounting and reporting processes in line with company policies and procedures,
- Tracking updates in group accounting policies, analyzing their impact, and sharing relevant information with related teams,
- Coordinating local reporting processes of group companies and ensuring timely submission of reports,
- Managing the annual independent audit process in coordination with auditors and internal teams,
- Contributing to the development and improvement of financial reporting processes,
- Supporting analyses and projects requested by senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in international audit firms or multinational companies,
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS/TFRS and inflation accounting,
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken),
- Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
- Experience with SAP is a plus,
- Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and effective in time management,
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,
- Military service completed for male candidates,
- Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul.
