Position Overview: Digital Marketing & Journey Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen Güven Health Group’s brand identity, enhance patient experience, and elevate corporate reputation. - Digital Marketing Execution
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content platforms. - Performance Marketing
Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to improve conversion rates. - Analytics & Performance Measurement
Monitor and enhance campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and other analytics tools. - Patient Acquisition & CRM Integration
Drive patient acquisition strategies via digital channels and ensure integration with CRM systems for end-to-end marketing effectiveness. - Agency & Partner Management
Coordinate with third party creative agencies and marketing partners to ensure alignment and delivery of results. - Ad & Budget Optimization
Manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS optimization. - Targeted Campaigns & Personalization
Design personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns across the patient journey to drive engagement and loyalty.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking professionals who:
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Have minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and data analytics.
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills and are capable of making data-driven decisions aligned with given KPIs.
- Are proficient in managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
- Demonstrate expertise in SEO, content strategy, Google Analytics, and CRM processes.
- Have experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing environments.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Are fluent in English (experience in global marketing operations is preferred).
