Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) can be advantageous),
  • At least 10 years of total experience,
  • Professional working proficiency in English,
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis,
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial models,
  • Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, detect trends, and identify inconsistencies,
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance,
  • Expertise in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial reports and collaborate with various departments,
  • Experience in leading a team of financial analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget process,
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data,
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to various departments,
  • Provide strategic insights and decision support to senior management,
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,
  • Coordinate IFRS & TFRS financial statements, and the audit process,
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts.
