Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) can be advantageous),
- At least 10 years of total experience,
- Professional working proficiency in English,
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis,
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial models,
- Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, detect trends, and identify inconsistencies,
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance,
- Expertise in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial reports and collaborate with various departments,
- Experience in leading a team of financial analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget process,
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data,
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to various departments,
- Provide strategic insights and decision support to senior management,
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,
- Coordinate IFRS & TFRS financial statements, and the audit process,
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts.
