QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Process end to end employee salary payments, additional payments, and deductions
- Execute all recruitment and exit processes in line with regulations
- Oversee SGK & İşkur notifications, employee leave tracking, and personnel affairs.
- Manage relations with payroll company
- Must have a solid understanding of personnel cost calculation and be proficient in managing calculations such as severance and notice payments, with strong expertise in detailed payroll calculation logic
- Administer BES (Private Pension System) & private health insurance operations.
- Coordinate meal payments, visa applications, and other personnel documentation processes.
- Conduct wage & benefits market research to support compensation strategies.
- Coordinate employee budget planning and periodically rolling forecast processes
- Submission of headcount and FTE’s to the region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll & compensation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law & SGK regulations.
- Experience in budget planning & HR analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Min. Intermediate level of English is required
