Candidate is expected to have the skills, competencies and experience stated below.
Desired Skills and Experience
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electonics or Industrial Engineering,
- Proficient in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and preferably VDA-QMC quality management systems,
- Proficient in 8D problem solving, FMEA, DFMEA risk analysis tools and other automotive methodologies,
- Having at least 5 years of plastic, metal processing and automotive sub-industry experience,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Analytical thinking, dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills,
- Ability to lead a team based approach while making decisions,
