What You’ll Do
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the company, depending on your interests and team alignment. • Take on real-world challenges using data, experimentation, and user feedback to solve them. • Collaborate directly with experienced professionals and receive hands-on mentorship . • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives — not as a bystander but as a value-adding team member . • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and understand how AI and innovation drive business growth.
Who You Are • A senior student in your final year of studies in the Business or Engineering fields. • You have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous learning. • You think analytically , learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems. • You’re energized by startup environments and perform well in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings. • You’re not just a doer — you take ownership , bring fresh ideas to the table, and aim to create tangible value . • Interest in fulfillment, operations, and e-commerce is a plus. • You’re able to work onsite at least 3 days a week .
