We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are:
- Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
- 8+ years of experience in the field
- ITIL based Incident, Request, Problem, Change management experience,
- ITIL certification is a plus,
- Have a good level of English comprehension and writing skills,
- Willing to learn and research,
- Have strong leadership and motivational skills, interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, decision-making and analytical skills,
- A good team player, solution-oriented, open to innovations,
- Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems,
- Knowledgeable about ITSM and its applications,
- Conducted project management, efficiency and process analysis studies,
- Strong communication skills, well-developed reporting and presentation skills.
What we expect from the Operational Excellence C onsultant;
• Design and manage ITIL Processes (such as change, announcement, incident and problem management),
• End-to-end management of the Incident Management process (Incident analysis, root cause analysis),
• Publish incident documents that will help determine the root cause of incidents,
• Ensure that appropriate escalation procedures are followed and work in coordination with support teams to resolve issues,
• Check and report that all teams are closed in accordance with the specified periods,
• Keep Service Catalogs up-to-date,
• Share the determined operational and KPI reports daily and take action in cases that do not comply with the KPI report,
• Ensure that operational situations are recorded, advanced, updated, authorized, accelerated and resolved efficiently,
• Ensure that monitoring systems work properly end-to-end and take action to improve existing processes,
• Collaborate with suppliers and service teams and perform troubleshooting operations for triggered incidents,
• Conduct operations related to Service Management in accordance with regulations and outside the control mechanism,
• Ensure that ITIL processes are effectively implemented in line with company strategies,
