We are in search of a Lifestyle Consept Executive to join our team at Martı Myra Hotel in Kemer/Tekirova, in lign with the following job description and qualifications.
Job Description
- Lifestyle Consept Executive is responsible for ensuring the operation of guest services and concierge services in an attentive, friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner, providing all guests in Suites and Lifestyle rooms with exceptional service prior to, throughout their stay and post stay.
- Manages day to day operations, ensuring the standards are in line with corporate standards.
- Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies and procedures while constantly maintaining high guest satisfaction level for the premises.
- Maintains a positive relationship with guests and colleagues by meeting and exceeding their expecatitions through profound services.
- Ensures that all team members under her department are providing attentive, friendly and professional service at all time.
- Analyzes guests’ feedback and providing strategic direction to continiously improve overall service quality.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lifestyle Concept Executive or Guest Relations Executive in 5 star or in a luxurios 5 star hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of Guest Services operations including butler, guest relations and concierge.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a hands on approach and lead by example work style.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Russian and Turkish
- Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
- Highly reliable and responsible with a professional presentation.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Preferably resides in Kemer, Antalya or can reside in Kemer, Antalya
