QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our operations in Fethiye DCT Klinik II, are seeking additional team members to join the Guest Relations team.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and guests to the Clinic assisting with their needs as required

• Communicating and serving patients and guests as required

• Expect and react promptly to patients and guest requirements and enquiries

• Scheduling, communicating, and recording of patient appointments and transfers

• Greet patients and guest on arrival and departure

• Opening transfer doors upon arrival to the Clinic and helping those with restricted mobility

• Preparing all necessary documentation and ensuring all documentation is explained clearly and is understood

• Communicating the patient flow and forecasting logistical issues to the Clinic Operations Team Leader

• Ensuring the reception and guest areas are always kept to the requisite standards and reporting any issues of cleanliness or hygiene to the Clinic Operations Team Leader

• Maintain an open line of communication with patients and guests to ensure high levels of service and communication

• Actively listen and address potential issues, escalating to the Clinic Operations Team Leader where necessary

• Provide general information about local amenities and services without recommending a single establishment/ source

• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

• Review daily patient lists and prepare the reception and guest areas are prepared accordingly

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance

• Ability to demonstrate respect and be polite and courteous to patients, guests, and co-workers alike

• Is able to work 6 days a week

• Is a team player

• Is able to multi-task, identify potential problems and propose solutions

• Have active listening skills

• Detail orientated ensuring records are accurate
