Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist key account managers in managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to key accounts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Support the development and implementation of account strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Utilize tools and software to manage client data and track account performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Skills in Russian, licensing, and foreign trade are advantageous.
