QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Dorak Holding was originated in 1971 with the establishment of Dorak Tours which has been actively furnishing services in tourism industry by putting signature to remarkable and significant projects throughout Turkey. The company grew into an establishment of group of companies by 2002 which turned into a holding company by 2011.

In order to contribute to this mission of Dorak Holding, we are looking for a “ Reservation and Revenue Manager” to be assigned to our Cappadocia Marriott hotel, which adheres to our corporate values and in accordance with the following qualifications
- Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies

Monitor and analyze performance across all sales and distribution channels

Manage daily pricing, inventory control, and room sales strategies

Prepare demand forecasts and conduct market trend and competitor analyses

Evaluate group booking requests and prepare appropriate proposals
-
Supervise the reservations team and continuously enhance service quality

Ensure the effective use of systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS, etc.

Provide regular reports to senior management and track KPIs and targets

University degree in a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in revenue and reservation management

Proficient in revenue management systems and hotel software (preferably Opera, etc.)

Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in reporting and data analysis, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experienced in team management with strong leadership skills
