QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Now we are looking for colleagues to work in Talent Development Center that is established just recently in Turkey R&D Center matching with the local needs while aligning to the global Huawei systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a reputable university in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or other related humanities or social sciences majors.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Development domain in IT or Telecommunications sectors.
- Excellent command of oral and verbal English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus.
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy. Eager to learn continuously.
Requirements
- Based on the business and HR strategies of the Turkey R&D Center, insight into external industry trends, develop and execute the talent development strategies, and support for the improvement of overall talent development capabilities and employee brand satisfaction.
- Support to develop the localization of “competency and qualification” standards at the Turkey R&D Center level, support the development of talent development policies and business processes, and provide solutions.
- Support to develop the learning and development system of the Turkey R&D Center and carry out annual learning and development planning and budget management, including internal and external learning resources, external technical summits, and industry academic associations.
- Operate the talent development service of the Turkey R&D Center, manage the iterative optimization of talent development service products, build a measurement system, continuously improve the service value and efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization in order to identify current and future talent management needs and create impactful solutions that drive meaningful results.
- Strong coordination with HRBP and management teams
