Your Tasks – What do You bring as Senior Application Technology Laboratory Engineer?
- Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support AT projects, claims and complaints
- Fine tune ink and varnish formulations for optimal results regarding customer complaints/requirements by collaborating TD
- Carry out routine tasks and analyses accurately following respective methodologies and test protocols strictly
- Maintain detailed records of tests and results; perform first interpretation, to present to AT managers
- Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelled
- Keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition
- Install, maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment (to be supported wşth relevant learning activities)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for ink&varnish formulations, application procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Work closely with production team, industrialization team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ink&varnish products
- Apply continuous improvement mindset to daily work
- Ensure all laboratory practices comply with safety and regulatory standards
Your Profile – What You can expect as Senior Application Technology Laboratory Engineer?
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- At least 5 years experience in laboratory technology and techniques
- Familiarity with printing technologies and substrates
- The positions typically involves working in a laboratory or production environment with some potential for fieldwork at customer sites
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to details
- SAP knowledge
- MS Office proficiency
- Fluent in English
