QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Cost Control Engineer" on our Sakarya-Adapazarı location of our company operating in the Energy, Technology and Engineering sector.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, including at least 2 years in cost control and budgeting within industrial construction projects
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 (mandatory), and MS Project
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Solid understanding of project management principles, literature, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Willing and able to travel without restrictions
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing, controlling, and updating the detailed project schedule in compliance with corporate procedures and contractual requirements
- Developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resource loading (cost and labor) for the project schedule
- Preparing, controlling, and updating periodic time schedule reports; identifying delays and critical paths; and recommending solutions for ongoing issues
- Preparing periodical corporate weekly management reports, including comprehensive data on both financial and physical progress of the project
- Establishing, tracking, and monitoring the project progress measurement system
- Coordinating with the Project Management team and subcontractors to obtain and validate progress and schedule data for accurate schedule maintenance and updates
- Conducting regular reviews of all project plans to ensure alignment with relevant procedures and planning steps
- Preparing comprehensive final closeout reports for evaluation and future reference
- Managing invoicing processes for both the client and subcontractors
- Preparing, reviewing, and controlling invoices and claims submitted by subcontractors and the client
- Conducting cost-to-complete analyses for all cost elements
