QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercial, Van Sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, goals, and challenges
- Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term vision
- Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation
- Define a digital transformation roadmap, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success
- Evaluate current commercial and GTM processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Leverage technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools and data analytics to optimize workflows and accelerate sales cycles
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital transformation projects across Türkiye operations
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s commercial and GTM objectives
- Advocate for and implement tools and solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and foster business growth
- Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for further improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related area
- Advanced level of English
- Living in Bandırma or willing to move
Knowledge and Skills
- Desirable proficiency in C# and Python programming
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Preferably SAP knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
