*5- 10 years of HR experience,
*Advanced level English knowledge (written & spoken),

Job Description
1. Carrying out Human Resources activities in accordance with the Human Resources Management Process, ensuring continuity, and developing the process,
2. Creating, publishing, and keeping up-to-date all procedures and manuals, all forms, organizational charts, job descriptions, and competency matrices related to the Human Resources Management Process in accordance with the Group rules and relevant legal regulations,
3. Carrying out personnel selection and recruitment activities in line with recruitment requests, reporting, and keeping reports up-to-date,
4. Planning, providing, and following up on orientation training for newly hired personnel,
5. Carrying out and following up on wage and career management activities,
6. Preparing internal and external training plans in accordance with the training budget, organizing training, keeping training records, preparing the Annual Training Activities report,
7. Carrying out the performance evaluation system in accordance with the process, preparing the report on performance evaluation results, and making premium payments,
8. Managing the internship process in accordance with the intern procedure,
9. Planning and organizing in-company social activities,
10. Controlling PDKS entry and exit records, recording and filing relevant forms,
11. Making personnel wage accruals, preparing bank lists, accrual list, preparing the monthly SGK declaration,
12. Preparing Human Resources reports in accordance with the calendar and entering data into the reporting system,
13. Providing support to relevant activities within the scope of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety standard,
14. Taking part in internal/external audit activities when assigned by the upper management,
15. Carrying out other activities in the processes that it is obliged to implement on time, completely and accurately.
