Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist
We are looking for a 'Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist' for our Swedish factory operating in the Metal Production Sector in Kocaeli Gebze Dilovası Mermerciler OSB.
· Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role,
· Good command of English both written and verbal,
· To be disciplined, have strong follow-up skills, and have quick adaptation skills.
· Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to develop trust-based relationships with others by acting in accordance with business ethics and honest working principles,
· Must have a positive, harmonious and agreeable attitude in their interactions with colleagues,
· Must not hesitate to take initiative when necessary, considering the risks involved for the healthy operation of the business,
1.CORPORATE ROLE
Developing strategies regarding the company's Import, Export and Logistics activities and controlling and coordinating the units and processes related to his/her department.
2.BASIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Meeting the expected demands in international customer demands and ensuring that the given offers are made correctly and on time.
· Checking the invoices, customs and other legal documents of the products sold.and the documents of the products shipped.
· Checking and coordinating all processes regarding foreign trade and logistics.
· Managing customer relations and informing the superiors.
· To establish the necessary organizations to meet the customer demands received.
· Receiving customer complaints and ensuring coordination for their resolution.
· Following up on customs legislation and checking the documents prepared during the export and import phase.
· Ensuring that the goods are delivered in accordance with customer expectations and agreement terms.
· Following up on the Order List and checking the order, checking the compliance of other units with the list in daily meetings held every weekday morning.
