QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in at least two of these languages; English, Russian, German, Arabic, Turkish
- Positive attitude and very good communication skills, upselling is plus
- Self organized and disciplined, highly persuasive
- Tech friendly, knowledge of office programs. ''Elektra'' is plus
- ''Can Do'' attitude, eager to learn and self developement
- Effectively and accurately working in a fast-paced environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for night work
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and Management
- Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services; use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when appropriate
- Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required
- Demonstrate a high level of service skills at all times
- Attend required self developement trainings and programs
- Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
- Follow company brand standards
