As the Head of PMO at Fimple, you will be instrumental in structuring and overseeing our project management practices, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality projects aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a proven track record in managing complex projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in PMO and project management, preferably within fintech, banking, or software industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with experience in mentoring and managing project teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Develop and implement PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices to optimize project delivery.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead, coach, and manage the project management team to foster professional growth and effective performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with strategic business goals.
- Establish and maintain project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation processes.
- Regularly communicate project statuses, performance metrics, and risks clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously review and refine project management practices and processes for ongoing improvements and operational efficiency.
