QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
- Experience in e-commerce and logistics processes is a preferable
- Have a project management perspective
- Experience in field team managements
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications and MS Project tools
- PMP certificate is a plus
- Deal with working at different locations
- Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating the project plan and organizing all meetings related to project follow-up
- Regularly reporting the task results of the determined project team to the project team and other stakeholders
- Organizing weekly regular review meetings with all units, actively managing and guiding the meetings
- Updating the weekly project plan and regularly reporting to all units
- Leading international client meetings and negotiatings for the project
- Planning the timing for the projects, determining unreal time requirements and creating realistic time plans
- Identifying, documenting and reporting the lessons learned at the end of the project
