What awaits you in this role
Supply Chain Process Leader will support the supply/procurement of key materials and services, focusing on cost efficiency and building strong supplier relationships. The role plays a critical role in optimizing and managing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, and reliability while supporting supply chain strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.He/She must integrate resilience strategies, cost efficiencies and digital transformation in parallel. He/She also gives executive support to the Corporate Supply Chain Director in maintaining strategic alignments with key stakeholders. He/She acts as a strategic enabler, bridging high-level planning with operational execution. He/She ensures that resilience, cost efficiency, and digitalization are not just priorities but tangible business results, while acting as a trusted advisor in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities;
- Strategic Support to the Corporate Supply Chain Director: Act as the primary execution partner for the Corporate Supply Chain Director , ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively translated into operational actions. Provide data-driven insights to support high-level decision making. Develop reports,dashboards, and presentations for executive meetings, offering a clear view of supply chain performance,risks and opportunities.
- Supply Chain Resilience & Risk Mangement: Manage risks proactively by monitoring global and regioanl risks affecting raw materials, logistics and supplier stability. Support to build a resilient supplier network by fostering startegic partnerships and backup sourcing options. Support the Corporate Supply Chain Director in crisis management and response planning for supply chain distruptions.
- Cost Optimization & Operational Efficiency: Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
- Business Unit Coordination: Help ensure supply chain/procurement activities align with business unit needs and corporate goals.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing procurement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in commercial and finance roles ( supply, procurement, sales, finance etc) preferably in the energy sector.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform market research.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to assist in supplier management.
- Digital skills ( AI Usage, Prompt Engineering, Dashboard prep)
- Knowledge level in Project Management
