GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Marks and Spencer Turkey office was established in 2005 and is now responsible for sourcing Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear, Lingerie and Homeware products for Marks and Spencer UK Headquarter in London Waterside.
The main responsibility of this regional office is to source, develop, plan and manage textile and home production around Turkey, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. Our team which started with 15 employees in 2005 has grown to 80 employees in region at a consistent pace.
Our structure is made up of Merchandising (Clothing, Homeware, Operations), Technology (Quality, Fabric, Garment, Product, Plan A), Ethical Compliance (Ethical Compliance and Auditing), and Supply Chain teams, supported by Human Resources and Finance departments.
Our office is located in Yesilkoy-Istanbul.
We are looking for a “ LONG TERM SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN ” provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Department.
What are you responsible for doing?
- Day to day data input requirements
- Liaise with regional office, carriers, vendors, and head office.
- Analyze and report on service levels of 3rd party providers.
- Capturing and collating data and reporting this to the line manager.
- Providing Ad/hoc reports on request.
- Working closely with the data integrity team to ensure data flow is accurate and timely.
Technical & Systems Skills:
- Availability to work minimum 4 -5 days a wee k,
- 4th year undergraduate or postgraduate students
- Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Turkish
- "Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel" and good level in all other MS Office applications required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Computer Systems and applications.
- The ability to work closely with other departments & to build a good working relationship
