QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Aksa Power Generation (APG) was founded as an electrical motor factory by Ali Metin Kazanci in 1968, AKSA manufactured its first generator in 1984 and became an expert in machinery and hardware for electrical energy supply in a short amount of time. In 1994, Aksa community became corporate under the name Kazanci Holding and reorganized, achieving its current structure.
Aksa has been the leader of power gen sets market for a long period of time in Turkey and is among Turkey's largest 200 industrial companies and exporters. Aksa Power Generation has opened one of the largest genset factories in the world in May 2012 in China. Aksa PG has secured its place among the biggest genset companies in global market with its new 100,000m² factory.
We are looking for a “GAS GROUPS ELECTRICAL DESIGN SPECIALIST,” who will work in the R&D and Engineering Unit of Aksa Power Generation for Aksa Turkey Organization in Cerkezkoy/Tekirdag.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Residing in Tekidardağ and/or westest sides of İstanbul (Avcilar, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Silivri, Çatalca etc.) with no obligation to work at the location of the factory.
· Having a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Faculties
· Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English. (Be able to communicate with our foreign engineer colleagues often)
· Strong command of Microsoft Project, E-PLAN, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
· Experience in computer-aided design (CAD), 3D and 2D modeling, dimensioning, assembly, and configuration.
· Extensive experience in gas generator design, prototype assembly, and testing.
· Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset, open to continuous learning, with strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.to continuous development, with strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.
· Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills
· No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Designing the electrical systems of natural gas-powered generators in accordance with customer and project requirements.
· Developing electrical system designs for generators, prepare technical drawings, and specify electrical components to be procured.
· To design automation infrastructure for power systems when necessary.
· Be able to review customer specifications and other project requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
· To provide technical support to the Sales and Service teams, both remotely and on-site when needed, and actively participate in FAT & SAT processes.
· To conduct engineering analysis such as short-circuit and load flow studies for ongoing projects.
· Supporting factory and on-site inspections by accompanying sales engineers and overseeing testing processes when required.
