QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations etc.

• At least 3 years experiences of Industrial relations, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement

• Fluent in English (both excellent written and verbal communication skills)

• Strong communication skills and Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Having a good command of Labor Law and SSI legislation, following current developments

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

• High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and adapt


Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing insights and guidance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, contributing to a fair and ethical workplace.

• Implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensuring a culture of inclusion and belonging.

• Creating action plans for employee engagement in line with the feedback from employees

• Establishing strategies to increase employee engagement

• Managing grievance mechanism and communication channels

• Handling disciplinary processes

• Supporting company culture events

• Supporting other HR Processes
