What we expect ?
- Minimum 8 years professional experience, preferably in Public IT sector in related fields
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Strong written, verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
- Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multi-tasking skills, fully dedicated to the targets, flexible and focused to the achievement
- Strong hunting abilities for new customer target.
What you will be doing ?
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
- Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines
- Prepare the proposals and follow up the bids.
