QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Rather than over-treating the skin, you have to teach it to live.

The brands Bioderma, Esthederm and Etat Pur were born from this idea in order to make NAOS a major international player in Skincare. Today, NAOS is present in 130 countries, remains still resolutely independent, and aims to become globally recognized for the relevance of its vision and the value of its approach. For this purpose, the company is about to move up to a new dimension by expanding from Skincare to Human Care (health, beauty & wellness)

We are looking for a E-commerce Data & CRM Intern to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year or in their 1st year of a graduate program in fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems
  • Able to work min 4 days a week
  • Self-managed, assertive, result-oriented, proactive and able to work with deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Familiar with basic statistical analysis methods
  • Ability to make meaningful sense of raw and unprocessed data
  • Familiar with SQL, SPSS, Minitab, Power BI programs and willing to learn
  • Interested in research, data organization, analysis, reporting and visualization
  • Digital mindset & strong problem solving skills
  • CRM and E-Commerce related experience is a strong plus


Job Description

  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports for CRM, D2C, B2B and B2C channels
  • Assisting in deriving insights from the tools used
  • Importing and analyzing data from panels
  • Responsibility for keeping Power BI reports up to date
  • Conducting tests on digital platforms
  • Campaign reports
  • Providing support to field teams in CRM-based projects.
  • Proficient in data visualization
