We are looking for a teammate for the "International E-Commerce Specialist” position at IPEKYOL GROUP head office.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Advanced level of command of written and spoken English,
- Preferably experience in E-Commerce sales and category management,
- Experience in Shopify platform
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills,
- Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organizational,
- Analytical thinking skills, compatible with teamwork.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct market research in line with international e-commerce strategies.
- Track industry trends and opportunities by conducting competitive analyses.
- Manage operational processes on international e-commerce platforms such as product listing, inventory management, and pricing strategies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain close communication with country teams involved in pure online or Marketplace operations, overseeing processes and assuming the role of a center of expertise when necessary.
- Plan in alignment with profitability and stock objectives for relevant categories.
- Identify high-potential products in online channels by analyzing past performances with relevant teams.
- Execute all operational activities for products in relevant categories, including planning, coordination, and campaigns.
- Set and take necessary actions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Continuously improve processes and sales strategies by analyzing customer feedback and expectations.
